Born on March 5, 1958, in Manchester, England, Andy was the youngest child of Barbara and Hugh Gibb. He grew up in a musical family, with his older brothers forming the famous group, the Bee Gees. Although he faced challenges in school due to his brothers’ fame, he found solace in music and began performing at a young age. Andy was married to Kim Reeder from 1976 to 1978 and had one daughter, Peta Gibb.

Career and Struggles

Andy achieved significant success early in his career, producing three number one hits in the U.S. by the age of 21. Despite his achievements, he struggled with personal demons, including depression and substance abuse, which he tried to overcome throughout his life.
