Aurora Bautista Zunel was born on October 15, 1925, in Villanueva de los Infantes, Spain. She moved to Barcelona at a young age to study theater at the Instituto del Teatro with Marta Grau. She was married twice, first to Hernán Ramón Cristerna with whom she had one child, and later to Luis de Luis in 1989 until her passing.
Career
Aurora began her theater career in 1944 in Barcelona and made her film debut in 1948 at the Teatro Español de Madrid. After marrying a Mexican doctor, she took a break from acting but returned to Spain in 1967 to continue her career.
