Barbara Blair was born on March 17, 1907, in New York City, New York. She was married to William Arthur Phillips, but they later divorced. She then married Noel Marshall Seeburg in 1957, and they were together until his death in 1972.

Career

During her career, Barbara was under contract to RKO in the mid-1940s, where she was given the stage name “Rusty Farrell” and performed in uncredited roles in several films. She gained recognition for her performances in various movies throughout the late 1930s and 1940s.
