Personal and Family Life

Beth Darlington grew up in Los Angeles after her parents’ separation. At seventeen, she won a contest at the Venice bathing suit parade, highlighting her early beauty and talent. She married Terrence Clarke, a cement salesman, on February 16, 1926, and chose to leave acting in pursuit of a domestic life. The couple did not have any children.

Death and Legacy

Beth Darlington passed away on January 6, 1951, in Val Verde, Texas, from a coronary occlusion at the age of 46. After her death, her ashes were cremated and interred at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles. Despite her brief career in film, she is remembered as one of the beautiful starlets of her time.
