Brian was the son of Ralph Leo Bianchini and Marcia Dixen Feeks. He had two siblings: Gina Michele Bianchini and Diana Marie Bianchini. He graduated from Mills High School in 1996, later attending Skyline College. Brian was a strong athlete, excelling in wrestling at both high school and college levels, and was also trained in martial arts.

Despite his talents, Brian faced significant challenges in his life. He struggled with severe depression and attempted suicide multiple times prior to his death at age 25. At the time of his passing, he had stepped back from modeling and was working on a tugboat under the Golden Gate Bridge, while focusing on his martial arts studies.
