Bruce Morrow studied at Southwest Missouri State University and later earned a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa. He was married to Lauri Gollan, with whom he had two children but later got divorced. Morrow spent a significant part of his life working for the Voice of America and enjoyed performing in various stage productions.

Career

After retiring from the Voice of America in 1990, Bruce moved to Los Angeles to focus on acting full-time. His career in LA included numerous TV and radio commercials and appearances in films and television series. Notably, he played Father Rice in “3rd Rock from the Sun,” with his last appearance airing shortly before his passing.
