Rudolph Bucko was born on November 16, 1891, in Colusa, California. He was a working cowboy before entering the film industry, and he had a brother, Roy Bucko, with whom he often collaborated on film sets. Living most of his life in Yakima, Washington, Bucko visited his sister there when he passed away.
Death and Legacy
Buck Bucko died on August 6, 1962, in Yakima, Washington, from a heart attack, just one day after the famous actress Marilyn Monroe. His work in westerns left a lasting impression on the genre, leading him to be recognized as a member of the Cowboy Hall of Fame.
