Charles Davis was married to actress Marilyn O’Connor from 1950 until his death in 2009, and together they had two children, including daughter Maripat Davis. He came to the United States in the late 1940s to perform in the Broadway production “Finian’s Rainbow,” where he played the role of Og, the Leprechaun, making over 1,000 appearances. Davis also co-founded the Hollywood School of Drama and later the Actors and Singers Studio in Thousand Oaks, California, where he also taught acting.
