Daryl Dragon

Daryl Dragon was an American actor and composer who is best known for his work in Payback (1990), Go for It (1976), and Sandstone (1975). He was also known as “Captain Keyboard,” a nickname given to him by singer Mike Love during his time with The Beach Boys in the early 1970s.

Daryl Dragon was born on August 27, 1942, in Los Angeles, California. He was married to Toni Tennille from November 11, 1975, until their divorce in July 2014. Dragon came from a musical family, being the son of composer Carmen Dragon and sister to several talented siblings, including Dennis and Doug Dragon. His ashes were scattered outside downtown Prescott, Arizona, where he passed away.
