Dolores Faith was born to a Hungarian father and an Italian mother. She married James Robert Neal in 1972, and they had three children together, two sons and a daughter. Unfortunately, they divorced in 1977. Dolores faced many challenges in her early life, including becoming completely deaf from an accident at the age of four, but she regained her hearing by the time she was nine.

Faith’s acting career began to take off in the early 1960s. She was given a screen test by Warner Brothers in 1959 but was turned down due to uncertainty about her suitable roles.
