Dr. Toad

Dr. Toad was an American actor who is best known for his role in Mrs. Doubtfire. He was born Robert Todd Williams and was the older half-brother of Robin Williams.

Dr. Toad was born on June 14, 1938, in Chicago, Illinois. He was married to Frankie Williams from 1978 until his death in 2007. He had a niece, Zelda Williams, and was the stepson of Laurie Williams. Before his acting career, he worked as a bartender.

Career

In addition to acting, Dr. Toad co-founded Toad Hollow Vineyards in Healdsburg, California, in 1993 with a business partner. The vineyard won a silver medal for its Chardonnay in the New World Wine Competition in 2006, showcasing his skill in winemaking.

Death and Legacy

Dr. Toad passed away on August 14, 2007, in Santa Rosa, California, due to complications from heart surgery. His contributions to both the film industry and the wine business are remembered by his family and fans alike.
