Ebba began her journey in the entertainment world as a chorus girl in the late 1920s and continued her performances until the mid-1930s. She also went by several stage names, including Ebba Angelus and Ebba Hollingshead, the latter being linked to her stepfather, producer Gordon Hollingshead.
