Personal and Family Life

Eva was married to H.V. Esmond from 1891 until his death in 1922, and they had two children together. She was the mother of actress Jill Esmond and race car driver Jack Esmond. Additionally, Eva was closely connected to the Olivier family, being the mother-in-law of Laurence Olivier and the grandmother of producer Tarquin Olivier. At one point, she even taught dancing to a young Winston Churchill.
