Fritz Rasp

Fritz Rasp was born on May 13, 1891, in Bayreuth, Germany, as the thirteenth child of a county surveyor. He trained at the Theaterschule Otto Königin in Munich and began his acting career on stage in 1909. Rasp had two marriages; his first was to Eva Hollaender, with whom he had two children, and later he married Charlotte Petermann, with whom he also had two children.

Fritz Rasp passed away on November 30, 1976, in Gräfelfing, Bavaria, West Germany. He is remembered as a prominent figure in German cinema, often known for playing villainous roles.
