Fung Fung

Fung Fung was an American actor best known for his roles in “My Darling Grandchild,” “Yue guang guang,” and “Zhen jia qiao lang jun.” He was born on January 1, 1920, in Zhongshan County, Guangdong Province, Hong Kong, and passed away on February 16, 2000, in Hong Kong.

Personal and Family Life

Fung Fung was born Rusheng Feng and had a son, Hark-On Fung, who became famous as one of the greatest Kung Fu movie villains. He also had a daughter named Bo-Bo Fung, who was known as “The Oriental Shirley Temple.” Sadly, Fung suffered a severe facial injury in a 1949 accident, which impacted the types of roles he played afterward, often portraying comic or villainous characters.

Death and Legacy

Fung Fung passed away on February 16, 2000, in Hong Kong. His contributions to film and television left a lasting impression, particularly in the genre of Kung Fu movies. Many viewers remember him for his unique character portrayals, which enriched Hong Kong cinema.
