Henry J. Deutschendorf II was born on April 29, 1988, in Los Angeles, California. He had a twin brother named William T. Deutschendorf, and they were both nephews of the famous folk singer John Denver. Along with acting, he was also a one-time owner and instructor at the West Coast Martial Arts Academy in San Diego, California.
Career
Henry is best remembered for his part as Baby Oscar in the movie Ghostbusters II, where he and his brother shared the role. They made a memorable impact in the film, which has continued to be beloved by fans since its release in 1989.
Death and Legacy
Tragically, Henry struggled with mental illness throughout his life. On June 14, 2017, he took his own life in Escondido, California, at the young age of 29. Despite his challenges, he is remembered fondly by his family and friends as a loving brother, son, and boyfriend.
