Armengol co-founded the Comediants company, where he performed from 1971 to 1977 and started a children’s television program called “Terra d’escudella” on TVE Catalunya. His work extended to cinema, where he acted in films like “La batalla del porro” and “La vaquilla.”

His legacy lives on through the Joan Armengol i Moliner Circus Days and the establishment of the Association of Circus Professionals in Catalonia. In 2019, a monument honoring him was unveiled in Tiana, showcasing his influence on art and culture.
