Lenore Ulric

Lenore Ulric married Sidney Blackmer on May 23, 1929, but the couple divorced on September 24, 1933. She had a sister named Isabel Ulric, who was married to stuntman and assistant director Bartlett A. Carre. In 1915, theater producer David Belasco became her mentor, helping her rise to fame as a Broadway star.

Career Highlights

Lenore began her acting career at the age of 23 with her first production, The Better Woman. After a break from film, she returned to the screen with the title role in Tiger Rose in 1923. Though she starred in only thirteen films during her career, she left a significant mark with her performances in notable projects like Camille and Northwest Outpost.
