Magnus Härenstam

Magnus Härenstam was a Swedish actor who is best known for his roles in Två killar och en tjej, Sällskapsresan, and The Adventures of Picasso.

Magnus Härenstam was born on June 19, 1941, in Västervik, Sweden. He was married to Anita Bendel from 1972 until her death in 2003, and they had two children together. He later married Birgitta Plånborg Ryott in 2010 and remained married until his death in 2015. Härenstam also had a daughter from an affair while married to Bendel, who was born in 1985.

Career

Härenstam became Sweden’s first stand-up comedian in the 1980s and gained popularity as the host of the Swedish version of Jeopardy! from 1991 to 2005. He was well-known for his collaborations with fellow performer Brasse Brännström. In addition to comedy, he appeared in numerous films and television shows, leaving a significant impact on Swedish entertainment.
