Born on December 22, 1923, in Oakland, California, USA, Mai Tai Sing, originally named Mae Tsang, was a beautiful Chinese-American actress. She married Wilbur Tai Sing in 1942, and they had two children before divorcing in 1954. Throughout her life, she also worked as a restaurateur in Honolulu, Hawaii, running Mai Tai’s Bar from 1976.
Death and Legacy
Mai Tai Sing passed away on July 11, 2018, in Honolulu, Hawaii, due to heart disease. Her contributions to the film and television industry, particularly as a prominent Chinese-American actress, have left a lasting impact and opened doors for future generations of actors.
