Max Nadler began performing in theatres in 1894 and quickly made a name for himself as a comedian. He started his career in Ingolstadt and then moved to the Hoftheater in Munich, where he worked until the end of his life. Over his career, he also directed several plays.
Death and Legacy
Max Nadler passed away just shy of his 57th birthday due to sepsis, which was related to a dental issue. His final film role was as the detective Wellendorf in the silent movie “Die vierzig Sterbenden” in 1922. Despite not appearing on screen often, he is remembered for his contributions to theatre and film.
