Milly Vitale was an American actress best known for her roles in The Seven Little Foys, War and Peace, and The Barbarians.

Milly Vitale was born on July 16, 1933, in Rome, Italy. She was the daughter of conductor Riccardo Vitale and choreographer Natasha Shidlowski. In October 1960, she married Vincent Hillyer, an American with previous ties to Iranian royalty. They had two children together: Edoardo LeRoy and Vincent Lee.

Vitale’s career included notable performances in films such as War and Peace (1956) as Lisa Bolkonskaya and in The Seven Little Foys (1955) as Madeleine Morando Foy. She also appeared in several other films and made a mark in the Italian cinema of the 1950s and 1960s.
