Mimis Fotopoulos was the son of Nikolaos Fotopoulos and Anna Papadopoulos. He pursued philosophy in Athens but eventually shifted his focus to theater, studying at the Drama School of the Royal Theater, now known as the National Theater. He participated in the Greek Resistance during the war and married Margarita Tsala, with whom he had two daughters, Anna and Maria.
Career
Throughout his career, Fotopoulos was involved in various theater troupes and even created his own. He acted in many Greek films, primarily from the old Greek cinema, and was also a playwright and director.
