Moira Redmond’s mother was the actress Molly Redmond, and her father was a stage manager. She was married twice, first to Anthony Hughes from 1947 to 1957 and later to Herbert Wise from 1963 to 1972. Despite her two marriages, she did not have any children. In the 1940s, she was one of the ‘Windmill Girls’ at the Windmill Theatre in London’s West End.
