Mort Mills was married three times. His first marriage was to Mary Loretta Grady from 1944 until their divorce in 1955, and they had two children together. He later married Elizabeth (Betty) Dell Pentland twice, first from 1956 to 1962 and then from 1964 until their divorce in 1973, and had one child with her. Mills was also known for his height, standing at 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m).
