Nigel Barrie

Nigel Barrie was an American actor known for his roles in Bab’s Diary, The Little Minister, and Der Turm des Schweigens. Born Roynon Cholmondeley Nigel-Jones in India, he established a successful career in silent films and stage performances.

Nigel Barrie was born on February 5, 1889, in Calcutta, Bengal Presidency, British India, to British parents. He was married to Helen Lee from 1919 until her passing in 1925, and later married Gertrude Poklington in 1925. Not much is publicly known about his life outside of acting.
