Nour El-Sherif was born Mohamed Jaber and was married to actress Poussi from 1972 until their divorce in 2006. Together, they had two daughters, Sarah and Mai, the latter of whom also pursued a career in acting. Before his acting career, Nour was a football player, showcasing his athletic talents.
