Involvement in Resistance Movements

Otto was involved with the Grössösterreichische Freiheitsbewegung resistance movement during the war. However, in 1940, he betrayed the group to the Gestapo, leading to the arrest of nearly 200 members, with twelve being sentenced to death. Later, he managed to join a different movement, the KPÖ, but was again involved in infiltration when this group was also apprehended.
