Paul Daneman was married twice: first to Susan Courtney, with whom he had two children, and later to Meredith Kinmont until his death. He had a passion for acting from a young age and studied stage design and fine art at Reading University. He began his acting journey performing in amateur dramatics while serving in the RAF Bomber Command from 1943 to 1947.

Career

Daneman was a prominent stage actor, performing with notable companies like the Bristol Old Vic and Birmingham Rep. His stage debut was in 1947, where he played a unique role as the front legs of a horse in “Alice In Wonderland.” Throughout his career, he was associated with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and had various minor roles in television, including appearances in the series Doctor Who.

Death and Legacy

Paul Daneman passed away on April 28, 2001, in London due to a heart attack. Interestingly, this was a bizarre twist of fate, as he had portrayed a character suffering from a heart attack in a West End play at the time. His contributions to theater and television are remembered, leaving a legacy as a versatile actor in the British entertainment industry.
