Pauline married Kenneth Peach in 1922 and remained with him until his death in 1988. Together, they had two children, Kenneth Peach Jr. and Martin Peach, who also pursued careers in the film industry.

Pauline began her acting journey at just five years old, performing in vaudeville shows with her family. Her first film role was in 1913, and she enjoyed some early recognition in serials produced by Vitagraph and alongside Douglas Fairbanks.
