Peg Phillips, born Margaret May Linton on September 20, 1918, in Everett, Washington, was a dedicated performer who began her acting journey at the age of 65. She was previously married twice, first to Daniel Wilson Greene, with whom she had two children, and later to Chester Arthur Phillips, also with two children. In her later years, she served as the Artistic Director of The Woodinville Repertory Theatre, where she directed and acted in various productions.

Health Challenges

Throughout her life, Peg faced several health adversities, including polio, peritonitis, and a ruptured aorta. At the age of 81, she endured further injuries from being hit by a car, resulting in a broken hip and wrist. Despite these challenges, she continued to pursue her passion for acting.

Death and Legacy

Peg Phillips passed away on November 7, 2002, in a care center in suburban Seattle due to lung disease. She was 84 years old at the time of her death. After her passing, her ashes were scattered in the countryside, honoring her connection to nature and the arts.
