Rosalie Roy was an American actress who is best known for Clancy of the Mounted, Young as You Feel, and Desirable.

Rosalie Roy was born Rosa Lee Anderson on June 13, 1909, in Portland, Arkansas. She married Alan Douglas Nowell Clark in March 1950, and they remained together until his death in January 1988. Roy was a close friend of the famous actress Jean Harlow and worked with prominent studios like Fox and Warner Brothers during her career.

Death and Legacy

Rosalie Roy passed away on June 9, 1990, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, just days before her 81st birthday. Her contributions to film and her memorable roles in the early 1930s left a mark on classic cinema. Although not as widely recognized today, her work remains a part of film history.
