Sol Marroquin

Sol Marroquin was born on January 23, 1931, in San Antonio, Texas. He was married to Rachel M. Dominguez from August 28, 1957, until their divorce, with whom he had one child. Later, he married Blanca Vazquez on July 22, 1967, and they also had one child together.

Career

Sol graduated from Dan O’Herlihy’s Hollywood School of Drama in 1958 and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He also had a notable career in politics, serving as chief of staff for U.S. Congressman Kika de la Garza from 1973 to 1993.
