Personal and Family Life
Evgeniya attended the Leningrad Theatre and Film Institute where she studied under Sergey Gerasimov. In 1936, she married fellow actor Georgi Zhzhyonov. Their marriage faced challenges when Zhzhyonov was arrested and imprisoned by the KGB, forcing a separation that deeply affected both of them.
Career
After her husband’s imprisonment, Golynchik continued her acting career. She starred in the film ‘Istrebiteli’ in 1939, which gained popularity as a propaganda piece in the Soviet Union. Despite the difficult circumstances, she worked hard to build her career while facing personal struggles.
Death and Legacy
Golynchik passed away on December 25, 2000. Her legacy is marked by her contributions to Soviet cinema and her perseverance through personal hardships. Though separated from Zhzhyonov for many years, their early life together remains a poignant part of her story.
