After marrying, she stepped back from performing in front of the camera but continued to contribute to the film industry by working in the wardrobe department at Shaw Brothers studio.

Death and Legacy

Yin Fang passed away on January 14, 2010, in Hong Kong due to pancreatic cancer. Her contributions to film, particularly in the 1960s and 70s, have left a lasting impact, and she is remembered for her elegant performances and dedication to the craft of filmmaking.
